my verdict:
NOT worth the journey there at all.

noon,
i set out from home.
50 minutes later,
i found myself at tampines1.
the new mall of the east.

most of the shops are the common brands found in every other malls.
first disappointment.
level one was mostly diamond shops.
level four was mostly mummy baby shops.

as though the east had heaps of expectant mummies.

but aside from that,
there were about 3 new brands.
springfield, uniqlo and some brand name that was so easily forgotten.
but even so,
the clothes were not appealing at all.
and a side note,
hypnosis was so SPARSE.
the racks had just a few designs.
sad case.

but one up side.
basement was all food,
and i'm glad to say there's a few new brands,
of which some did smell worthy enough to be tried.

final conclusion:
the place was a major letdown.

try harder next new mall.
