that expensive clothes do not necessarily make someone look good.

ingredients of producing a well-put-together outfit:
splash of exquisite taste,
sprinkle of a cut-above-others fashion sense,
dab of nose power for fragrances,
layer of non-colour-blind eye sight,
pinch of touch for quality material.

and we're good to go.
the opposite of looking like a LBR.
