went for the nus medical check up this morning.
and i took a freaking 1.5 hours to get there.
but coz of the major jam on the pie.
ARGH.
got my height and weight taken.
whee, i'm still 1.63m,
never shrink!

and my weight dropped to 44.8kg.
didn't know bumming in front of the com can make people lose weight.
can forget about relying on the atkin's diet, southbeach diet, fat flush diet and other what-nots.
those dont work!
just use the bumming diet.
hehe.
